During the treatment: A topical numbing cream will be applied prior to treatment to ensure maximal comfort. The treatment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes and is well tolerated.

After the treatment: There may be some mild redness and swelling to the areas injected. Around the injection sites there will be some small lumps but these will reduce within 24-48 hours.
